Metro Supply Chain’s White Glove and Technology teams recently completed the installation of a self-serve parcel pick-up kiosk at Cadillac Fairview Carrefour Laval for Artitalia Group Inc. on behalf of Jeaniologie and Denim Society.
The first-ever, unmanned concept, designed and manufacturer by Artitalia Group Inc, offers Denim Society’s customer a seamless and fully integrated omnichannel solution.
The hybrid solution allows customers the option to browse through items on display and shop directly online on 1 of 4 integrated touch screen, retrieving their item from a smart locker provided, known as an ‘Addobox‘.
Metro Supply Chain’s White Glove team successfully delivered and installed the smart lockers, leveraging their end-to-end technology solutions expertise. Metro Supply Chain also fitted the detailed store set up which included installing mannequins, rubber floors, decals, pop-up displays, and other details.
